We recently purchased our new home in Woodridge
subdivision in Baton Rouge, LA. We literally went through 3
different realtors trying to sell our old house and came up short
every time… until we listed with the Town Favorites team! Cuneyit
and Margie were very aggressive in marketing our house by placing
it in their magazine and doing plenty of extra work WAY beyond
what the other realtors did for us. In a relatively short period
of time, we had an offer! They also helped out tremendously in
finding our new home and bargaining a great price for us! We LOVE
our new home and are very happy with all the excellent service we
received from the Town Favorites team. In this really tough
market, it is important to find a realtor that goes beyond the
basic tasks of listing your house on MLS. We were very impressed
with the service we received and are telling all our family and

I asked a friend
who had just bought a house to recommend a realtor to me. The very
next day Cuneyit called me and we set up a time to meet. We looked
at what seemed like 25 or 30 houses before we found the one I
wanted. Cuneyit never got frustrated with me and continued to be
honest and showed true professionalism till the end of the search.
I am extremely happy with the house I bought and if the time comes
to sell my dream house I will call Cuneyit to handle that sell as
well. It was a pleasant and fun search. Thank you Cuneyit.

I met Cuneyit several years ago when I started
advertising my business in Town Favorites Magazine. In January I
got married and my husband and I decided that we needed a little
more room. So we listed our house with Cuneyit because of the
relationship that I had with him through my business. He listed my
house and I thought that it would be on the market for a while
because the housing market was moving slow. He sold my house in
one month. We then started to look for a new house. Cuneyit was
extremely honest with me and told me what I could afford and the
price range that I needed to stay in. Not only was he thinking
about my monthly notes, but he was also thinking of my future. He
told me that "kids are expensive and if you want to have them then
you should watch the price of a house". My husband and I were so
appreciative of his advice and concern. We found a house thanks to
Cuneyit's hard work and determination. He did not want us to be
homeless. He was so easy to get in touch with at all times. When
we wanted to see a house he met us anytime. We found a house and
my husband and I love it. I would recommend Cuneyit and his wife
Margie to anyone. He treated me as if I were a friend and not just
another client.

great job in helping me find and buy my house, he was very
